The Jarron "J-Sully" Scholarship Fund will provide financial assistance to Baltimore youth interested in pursuing music and participating in programs that provide training and instruction. 

 

Students must meet the following requirements to be eligible

• Resident of Baltimore County or Baltimore City

• Ages 13 +
